General Terms of Business (CANADA)

§ 1 Field of application

Personal Training is adapted to the individual needs and disposition of every client. It contains physical exercise, mental training, life balance, nutrition advice and health consulting.

1.1. The following Terms and Conditions are valid for clients who take up services of ROYAL PRIVATE COACH

1.2. Customer in terms of §1.1 are private individuals, enterprises and public facilities.

1.3 This arrangement is closed between the client and ROYAL PRIVATE COACH.

§ 2 Services

2.1 ROYAL PRIVATE COACH offers to the client individual personal training concepts and fitness guidance. This programs can include different training contents, life balance programes and intensive classes for weight reduction, improvement of general health or strength development.

2.2 Personal Training services of ROYAL PRIVATE COACH guarantees a faithful implementation of the concept, which will be adapted on the individual needs and disposition of every person.

2.3 All training programs are based on information provided by the client in the medical history form which is filled and signed by the customer. If information is withheld by the client in the anamneses sheet no responsibility is assumed by the personal trainer.

§ 3 Personal Training

Personal Training is adapted to the individual needs and disposition of every client. It contains physical exercise, mental training and health coaching. The Personal Trainer will make a concept for the client and guide the customer in an ongoing process to reach individual goals. Disciplines of physical and mental exercise could be:

Athletic- und Cardio Training

Yoga, Pilates and Life Balance Programmes, Nutrition Advice, Life Coaching, Running Technique, Marathon Preparation, Recreational Sports, Corporate Fitness Events, Group Fitness

§ 4 Booking

The workouts can be booked as 45 /60/ 90 min Pro and Head Coach Sessions. The personal training session cards are not exchangeable, but can be transferred as a gift to another person. Validity of training cards is one year after the last booked session.

§ 5 Organisation of training

5.1 All Coaching Sessions are designed in consultation with the client`s targets.

5.2 Appointments will be determined in consultation with the client.

5.3 The training is carried out at the desired or by the personal trainer recommended place. This could be inhome, fitness club, personal training club, rooms at company, etc.

§ 6 Rescheduling / cancellation / no show

Every Personal Training can be postponed or canceled until 24 hours before the scheduled date/time on both sides. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment will be fully charged, unless related to illness of the client.

§ 7 Payments

7.1 The fees for the services of ROYAL PRIVATE COACH are described in the current price list.

7.2 The payment of the bill can be made either by debit / credit card or by bank transfer to the specified in the invoice.

7.3 If the training will take place in a fitness or personal training club the fees for entrance, day or month pass will be covered by the client.

7.4 If the client would like to book personal training for private travels all fees and expenses for the personal trainer has to be covered completely by the client.

7.5 For all services arising from ROYAL PRIVATE COACH fees for approach are included in the district of personal trainer and gym. The fees beyond this range are 0.50 § per km or a fixed fee. If you will be trained with a second training partner there is an increase of 20 § per session

§ 8 Medical health check

If there are any health problems these issues should be examined by a doctor / medical specialist at the beginning of the the training. The result / documents should be transferred to Royal Private Coach and all issues truthfully discussed.

§9 Data Protection & Privacy Police

ROYAL PRIVATE COACH takes your privacy serious and commits to protect this when visiting and using our websites. This privacy policy describes how and why we obtain, store and process data which can identify you.If there are any health problems these issues should be examined by a doctor / medical specialist at the beginning of the the training. The result / documents should be transferred to Royal Private Coach and all issues truthfully discussed.

1.2 Customer in terms of §1.1 are private individuals, companies and public facilities.

1.3 This arrangement is closed between the client and ROYAL PRIVATE COACH.

§ 2 Services

2.1 ROYAL PRIVATE COACH connects clients and Personal Trainers worldwide. 

2.2 The client and Personal Trainer will arrange the private training concerning the terms and local prices of the Personal Trainer. The client will be only charged directly by the personal trainer / cooperation / licensing partner.

§ 3 Organisation of Private Training

3.1 All Coaching Sessions are designed in consultation with the client`s targets. 

3.2 Appointments will be determined in consultation with the client. 

3.3 The training is carried out at the desired or by the personal trainer recommended place. This could be inhome, outdoors, fitness club, personal training club, etc.

§ 4 Liability 

4.1. The Personal Trainer is full liable as an independent merchant or franchisee for all actions with clients and potential claims that are asserted against him for damages of clients or any other reason. Royal Private Coach is managing the scouting and quality management check ups with the personal trainer, connection of Personal Trainers to the clients and assumes no liability for financial, physical or other damage that can be associated with Personal Training services. 

4.2. Under no circumstances shall ROYAL PRIVATE COACH be liable for any damage, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, from the use of the Information, or from the use of the Internet in general.
